Welcome to ILH Custom 3D (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us
ILH Custom 3D is a locally owned and operated 3D printing business based in Albury/Wodonga, providing custom 3D printing, design, and prototyping services for hobbyists and businesses across Australia.

2. Use of Our Website
When using our site, you agree to provide accurate information and not misuse or interfere with our Website. We may refuse service or cancel orders where misuse is detected.

3. Products and Custom Orders
We offer standard and custom 3D printed products. Custom orders require accurate specifications and approval before production. Once printing starts, refunds are not available except where required by law.

4. Payment
We accept payment via PayPal. Payment must be received in full before processing or shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We provide free shipping Australia-wide from Albury/Wodonga. Delivery times vary by location. Risk passes upon delivery, ownership transfers after payment in full.

6. Returns and Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply. Refunds or replacements are offered for faulty, defective, or misdescribed items. Custom prints are non-refundable for change of mind.

7. Warranty
All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ILH Custom 3D is not liable for indirect loss or damage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and branding on our site are owned by ILH Custom 3D. Customer-supplied designs remain their property but may be used to complete orders.

10. Privacy
We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Refund & Returns Policy

1. Faulty or Damaged Items
Customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Custom Orders
Custom prints are made to your design and are non-refundable for change of mind once printing begins. Faulty prints due to materials or process will be replaced at no cost.

3. Change of Mind Returns
At our discretion, non-custom items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Buyer covers return postage.

4. Return Process
Contact ILH Custom 3D with your order details before returning. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection.

5. Shipping Costs
We cover return postage for faulty items. Change-of-mind returns are at the buyer’s expense.
